About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Duct Fitter to join our team on projects across Oxford and the surrounding areas. This role involves working on a variety of commercial and residential HVAC installations, offering steady work and opportunities to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of ductwork systems including galvanised, stainless steel, and pre-insulated ducting
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork accurately
• Ensuring all installations meet industry standards and health & safety regulations
• Working collaboratively with site teams and other trades
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a duct fitter or HVAC installer
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Own tools and PPE preferred
• Strong awareness of health & safety on-site
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Desirable Skills

• IPAF and/or PASMA certification
• Previous experience on commercial construction sites
• Full UK driving licence
